1960’s Ohio Art Tin Litho Mechanical Road Race Traffic Control & Wind-Up Cars

This is a Vintage 1960’s Mechanical Road Race with Traffic Control Game. The racing layout and cars are made of tin lithograph with exceptional detailing. The large colorful tin-litho metal road layout has four start and stop controls. All of the controls operate properly. The track includes a key post that is used to wind-up the cars. This is a very clean toy. Included are three mechanical wind-up cars (green, red, blue). All of the gears in the rear wheels turn freely. However, I cannot get the cars’ springs wound using the winding post that is attached to the layout. Therefore, the cars do not operate. The cars will either need to be repaired or a new winding key located. The original box is included, which is in very good shape. The traffic control track measures approximately 19 ½” x 14 ½”. This game is by The Ohio Art Co., Bryan, Ohio Model #611 Made in the USA. No batteries are needed for this game. Sold “as pictured/as seen”. See the photos and judge the condition for yourself.
