I don't nothing about these cars. You have the same information I have. I'm hoping an expert will contact me and let me know what I have. I will add all information I get to the listing. My dad was a huge collector and I found this in his collection. The cars are mounted to the cardboard with two-sided tape so I cannot take pictures of the bottom. It looks like this was done by a private individual so I have no idea if it was factory or not. Also, it says 1999 but I cannot find any of the cars from 1999 that look like these. Calling all experts 😁
