found in estate sale, I do not know much about the item, sorry it's painted metal, not sure what kind the horses have an axel that looks like a nail, pieces are loose. the red piece the horses are connected to between the yellow wheels is marked TAIWAN. I do not see other markings, and the pieces may not have been together originally, I just don't know. about 14" long, about 4" tall old and worn, my flash photographs make it look better than it is I do not know if it's missing stuff. code jsb 171 SHIP IN USA ONLY
