Brand new and sealed. Box is in overall great condition considering its age, but has some indentation on the front likely from something being stored on top of it. Surprisingly, the tape is STILL INTACT on this. Usually the tape peels off over time or slides. But this is 100% unopened and all of the seals are intact. Great condition. Some minor imperfections on the bottom of the box from age

Good seller, just had a condition issue: "complete" only works if all pieces arrive. Iitem was shipped in unsealed padded envelope w/in not-completely sealed box, & some smaller pieces were lost in transit. Emailed seller suggesting future items be in ziplock bags & fully sealed boxes. Seller expressed regret & offered to send some small pieces in replacement, but I didn't have time for that (it was a gift, so I just used small parts in "my" collection to complete the figure).
