This is a sad Horse figurine made by Hudson Pewter, USA. This guy is Metal, cantering on base needs, but he needs some TLC help w/legs. He's 4" tall, amd base is 5" x 2 1/4". I got him this way so I don't know his sad history of the bent legs and eartips. I hope someone can help him. Good luck
