Item arrived broken i sent pictures to the seller and it was broke during shipment. It was well packaged, Seller issued a full refund immediately! I was able to glue it back together and tired to offer to pay for half since I felt guilty I was still able to keep it and the seller refused any money back! Boots were very nice and rugged, but unfortunately i could not wear them. Item as described and communication with seller was terrific! Refund was quick coming back no problems at all.
