Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the engraving and time it takes to have proofs approved with the customer. Normal engraving production time is 2–7 days, and then your order will be promptly shipped to you. If you need your order sooner, please reach out BEFORE ORDERING to make sure we can meet your deadline. -What type of image file should I submit for engraving? We can engrave most text/designs that are submitted as a clear black and white image, with no colors or shades of gray. The laser needs to be able to find "cut lines" to engrave. If submitted images are pixelated, we will need to digitally trace the image which may alter the design. Low-resolution images may not be able to be engraved. We prefer files submitted in a Vector EPS, AI or SVG format. True vector images can be scaled to any size without losing resolution. Bitmap/Raster images that are simply saved as a vector file will remain pixelated and the laser can not typically find the "cut lines" on these type of files. If you do not have a vector image available, we may be able to work with a high-resolution PDF, PNG or JPEG image. -What can NOT be engraved on my item? We will not engrave custom items with profanity or any other text/design that we consider to be offensive or inappropriate.
