The pants were nwt, as described. They were shipped immediately, so fast that my need to change the sizing was too late.
Seller paid for return, as indicated, so I feel pretty positive about this ebay seller. The item was as described, I just made a mistake ordering too large a size.

I was mistakenly shipped the wrong size BUT this seller took care of it quickly and sent me a return label (they paid shipping). My refund was processed easily.
