The pants were nwt, as described. They were shipped immediately, so fast that my need to change the sizing was too late.
Seller paid for return, as indicated, so I feel pretty positive about this ebay seller. The item was as described, I just made a mistake ordering too large a size.
I did try to contact seller, but did not get a reply. Despite that, I will order from again. Price was fair. 4 1/2 ☆
First, these were brand new and in the original box - all just as advertised. High quality item, cute style and great price. I was mistakenly shipped the wrong size BUT this seller took care of it quickly and sent me a return label (they paid shipping). My refund was processed easily. I plan to reorder due to the exceptional customer service if the shoes are still available in my size.
