Regarding fit of the mask: From Hanna, Vera Bradley Customer Service Representative - " What we are advising to help with the mask issue is to wash it in hot water, and then dry them. We are also seeing customers tie the ear pieces with another hair tie or yarn to connect them together for a tighter fit." Since the mask's are one size fits most adults, this is Vera Bradley's recommendation if the mask is a little large or too loose on the face.
